Shipping Policy
All orders that are placed after 3pm CST will be processed the next business day.
Any Shipment or delivery date that is stated on any document are approximations. They do not constitute any guarantee of shipment or delivery date.
Damaged Delivery Package
Any shipment that arrives with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If the delivery has been accepted, please contact us immediately. Please do not discard any packaging materials.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you need to make a return, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase. You can email us at Info@toothytots.com. All returns must be in the original packaging, in new and unused condition. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization or after 30 days of purchase. For all authorized returns, your purchase price will be refunded, excluding the shipping charges.
